RAF 100: Commemoration to the Irish Airman THIS PROJECT HAS NOW CLOSED
1st April 2018 will be the Centenary of the formation of the Royal Air Force.
The Royal Air Force will commemorate their Centenary from April to September 2018. Commemorations will mark the contribution of all involved in war and life in the air 1914 – 1918 and especially the Irish Airman in the Great War. Events will aim to connect the descendants of people in aviation 100 years ago with those engaged in similar activity today.
Various events are being planned throughout the island of Ireland. If you have links to airmen or women whether Royal Flying Corps, Royal Naval Air Service, Royal Air Force or other airborne activity from 1914-18 and wish to be involved, please complete the form below to register your interest.
